We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, the EU, and selected other countries. Rates are shown at checkout in your local currency.

United Kingdom. Standard £4.95. Express £6.99. Free on orders over £55.

United States. Standard £8.95. Express £14.95. Free on orders over £55 (about $70, converted at checkout). US customers pay in USD; sales tax is added where required.

EU. Flat £14.99. Rest of world. Flat £23.99.

Most of the catalog is fulfilled from partner warehouses in China (typically 8–20 days after dispatch). Pieces sourced from US or EU warehouses ship faster — usually a few days. Large furniture may travel separately.

Labbvenn (Hertwill). Beds, carriers, collars, blankets and the rest of the European pet-home line ship from Poland to the United Kingdom and the EU. They do not ship to the United States. US orders should come from the rest of the catalog.

You will receive a tracking link when the parcel moves. Carriers, not Alder, control the last mile — write to us if a parcel stalls for more than five days after the last scan.
