Orders are packed as they are confirmed. Typical dispatch is 2–5 business days once a fulfillment partner is connected.

Complimentary carbon-offset shipping on UK orders over £55. Below that, a flat rate is charged at checkout.

International rates are calculated at checkout. Large furniture (beds, gates, cabinets) may ship separately and can take longer.

You will receive a tracking link when the parcel moves. Carriers, not Alder, control the last mile — write to us if a parcel stalls for more than five days after the last scan.
