Returns

Thirty days from delivery. Unused, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging where it exists.

Start a return from your order confirmation email or write to the address on the Contact page. We will send a label for defective goods. For changes of mind, return shipping is yours unless the law in your country says otherwise.

Furniture is large. Open the crate, inspect, and photograph any transit damage before the carrier leaves. Do not dispose of packaging until the piece is accepted.

Opened grooming liquids, balms, and ear rinses cannot come back, except where they arrived damaged or misdescribed.

Refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days of the warehouse receiving the goods.
